Event Schedule
Set up time will be between noon - 2pm (We will email closer to the event exact times may change). We will try to stagger set-up to prevent overcrowding.
Event is to be held from 3pm-8pm on February 1, 2025
How to join/vend
Please fill our the application on the bottom of this page. Once approved we will send you a signable contract and link for payment. Payment must be submitted along with the contract to secure your space. All deposits are non-refundable.
Once your vendor application is approved we will send you a link for payment.
What to bring
All Vendors receive a 10x10 space
Vendors provide their own white tent, weights (no stakes allowed), any table and chairs needed.
